acceptable stay with some issues
room temperaturenoisy road
My room was quite warm, and i found it hard to get the temperature right for sleeping, even after asking the staff for help, they said it was fixed, but nothing changed. The road outside was too noisy to leave the window open. I was quite disappointed.

amazing breakfastconvenient walk
the breakfast was amazing!!! so much choice! i took a walk from the hotel to the opera house, and it took only about 20 minutes. super convenient!
the restaurant staff didn't accept us for dinner without a reservation, even when there were many empty tables later. that was a little disappointing.

a stay with some notable issues
faulty systemroad noise
My visit had some hiccups. the temperature in the room was a real issue, and staff couldn't seem to resolve it. i asked about adjusting the thermostat several times. the room was too warm for comfortable sleep. It reached about 24 degrees with very dry air. the system looked faulty and the radiator stayed hot. the road was noisy so opening the window wasn't an option, and it seemed to activate the heating further. it was disappointing as sleep is so important when traveling.

The breakfast selection was HUGE. Smoked salmon and a variety of meats were available. Cheeses, pastries, cakes, yoghurts, fruit salads, cereals, and breads completed the spread. Cooked eggs, sausages, bacon, and sparkling wine were also on offer. I also appreciated the free newspapers, including some in english.
sadly, the main PROBLEM for me was the temperature of the room.
